AIA OSS wanted its annual dinner to feel more than a formal date on the calendar. The brief was to bring colleagues together in a setting that celebrated the people behind the work — creating a night that felt polished, welcoming and genuinely shared.
We built an evening around connection, with an arrival experience, photowall moments, interactive stations and a light studio that kept guests moving, mingling and making memories throughout the night. Each touchpoint gave people a reason to step in, take part and enjoy the celebration together.
The annual dinner became a lively, people-first celebration — full of shared moments that travelled beyond the room. From candid interactions to keepsake photographs, the experience helped strengthen team spirit and gave AIA OSS a night worth talking about long after the lights came down.
